Equipment finance deal flow, matched to your credit box

EFN is a referral network for direct equipment lenders. You tell us exactly what you fund. Business owners apply once, and a file reaches you only when it fits what you said you want.

Who this is for

Community banks, credit unions, and specialty lenders that finance commercial equipment and want more of the right applications in front of them. If your sales team spends its week chasing dealers and vendors for files, and half of what arrives sits outside your box, this is built for you.

EFN works exclusively with direct lenders: banks, credit unions, specialty finance companies, and equipment finance groups that fund deals from their own balance sheet or credit facility. We do not work with brokers, loan packagers, or intermediaries.

What you set

Your appetite profile is the whole routing rule. Nothing reaches you that it rules out, and you can update it any time.

How a file reaches you

A business owner describes the equipment and the business in one short application, and EFN runs a soft credit pull. The file is compared against every lender's profile. Every match is human-reviewed against your credit box before it reaches you. When yours is the best fit, the deal comes to you alone.

Each deal goes to one lender at a time, with no competing calls from other lenders. You have 24 hours to claim it; once you claim it, it is yours until you pass. Unclaimed after 24 hours, it moves to the next best fit.

You see the file before you claim it: the asset, amount, state, credit range, time in business, and the fit score up front. The borrower's name and contact unlock when you claim it. We find the deals, then get out of the way: you work each one directly with the borrower.

What it costs

Joining is free. The referral fee is 1% of the funded amount, and a referral fee applies only on deals that actually fund. Pay nothing for leads you pass on.

One flat referral fee for every lender in the network. No lender can pay to be routed ahead of another.

Nothing is routed to you until you have reviewed and signed the referral agreement. Completing your lender profile takes five minutes or less.

What EFN is not

EFN does not sell lead lists, does not send a file to a pool of lenders at once, and does not negotiate or package deals on anyone's behalf. It is a matching and referral service: it finds the borrower whose deal fits your box, makes the introduction, and steps aside. You underwrite, approve or decline, and set every term.

Common questions

Is there a cost to join?
No. Joining is free. The referral fee is 1% of the funded amount, only on deals that actually fund. Pay nothing for leads you pass on.

Will I receive deals that do not fit?
Deals are checked against your profile first, and every match is human-reviewed against your credit box before it reaches you. If your profile rules a deal out, it does not come to you.

Do other lenders see the same deal at the same time?
No. Each deal goes to one lender at a time, and you have 24 hours to claim it. Once you claim it, it is yours until you pass. It moves to the next match only if you pass or leave it unclaimed for 24 hours.

Can a lender pay for priority?
No. There is one flat referral fee for every lender in the network, and no lender can pay to be routed ahead of another. Routing is by fit.

Who works the deal once I accept it?
You do. The borrower's contact details unlock when you claim the deal, and you work it directly with the borrower on your own process.
