Application-only equipment deal flow, matched to your program

If you fund commercial equipment on an application alone, or an application and bank statements, tell EFN where that program starts and stops. Files that fit it come to you one at a time, and files that do not fit it stay away.

Who this is for

Banks, credit unions and specialty finance companies with an application-only program for commercial equipment: a credit application alone up to a set amount, and often an application with bank statements above that. If that program is where you want more files, your lender profile tells EFN exactly where its edges are.

EFN works exclusively with direct lenders: banks, credit unions, specialty finance companies, and equipment finance groups that fund deals from their own balance sheet or credit facility. We do not work with brokers, loan packagers, or intermediaries.

What you'll get

Equipment deals from business owners who applied to EFN once and authorized EFN to match the request. EFN runs a soft credit pull, and the file is checked against your profile. The kinds of files EFN routes:

What the file shows

Before you claim a deal you see a summary of the file, with no identity: the equipment, make and model, year and condition, mileage or hours, the seller type; the purchase price (rounded), down payment and desired term; the business's state and industry; time in business, the self-reported credit range and revenue range; and the fit score against your profile. The borrower's name and contact unlock when you claim it.

That is enough to see at a glance whether a deal sits inside your application-only box, before the borrower knows your name. With a signed participation agreement, the full application opens in your lender portal when you claim the deal, never by email.

Set your paperwork limits once

The lender profile asks what you need to see at each deal size: the largest deal you will do on an application alone, the largest on an application with bank statements, and where you need a full financial package. Each deal's amount is read against those limits and against the paperwork the borrower said it can provide, and a deal that suits your limits counts toward it coming to you first.

If application-only deals are all you want, set your deal-size maximum at your application-only limit. A lender whose profile rules a deal out is never considered for it.

How it works for a lender

  1. You set your rules once, in a lender profile that takes five minutes or less, and update it whenever your appetite changes. Nothing is routed to you until you have reviewed and signed the referral agreement.
  2. Matched deals arrive one at a time. Every match is human-reviewed against your credit box before it reaches you.
  3. Each deal goes to one lender at a time, with no competing calls from other lenders. You have 24 hours to claim it; once you claim it, it is yours until you pass. Unclaimed after 24 hours, it moves to the next best fit.
  4. When you claim a deal, the borrower is told which lender has the file and that you will be in touch, so your first call is expected.
  5. You underwrite, price and close each deal on your own paper, with your own documents and your own process. EFN does not package the file, quote a rate or take part in the credit decision.

What it costs

Joining is free. The referral fee is 1% of the funded amount, and a referral fee applies only on deals that actually fund. Pay nothing for leads you pass on.

One flat referral fee for every lender in the network. No lender can pay to be routed ahead of another. EFN asks for no exclusivity from you. Each deal is yours alone once you claim it, and you keep every dealer, vendor and referral source you already have.

EFN invoices you after a referred deal funds. Nothing is charged up front, and nothing is taken out of the deal at closing.

Common questions

Does EFN only send application-only deals?
No. EFN sends the deals your profile says you want. If your program is application only, set your deal-size range and paperwork limits to match it, and larger files that need financials go to lenders that ask for them.

What do I see before I claim a deal?
A summary with no identity: the equipment and its year, condition and mileage or hours, the price and down payment, the state and industry, time in business, the credit and revenue ranges, and the fit score. The borrower's name and contact unlock when you claim it.

Has the borrower been sent to other lenders at the same time?
No. Each deal goes to one lender at a time, and you have 24 hours to claim it. Once you claim it, it is yours until you pass. It moves to the next match only if you pass or leave it unclaimed for 24 hours.

Can I ask for bank statements or more documents?
Yes. You underwrite each deal on your own process and ask for whatever your credit policy calls for. EFN makes the introduction and steps aside.

What does it cost?
Nothing to join. The referral fee is 1% of the funded amount, only on deals that actually fund, and it is the same for every lender in the network.
